I can tell you it is not part of Harris County with Katy ISD.
Even if I combine my taxes in Houston almost 3%. My best friend in the West more than 2.5% U paid.

In the suburbs of Richmond, Fort Bend County, I pay 2.16%. But I have a private well and septic tank, so you do not pay taxes MUD.
